NBA 2K21: New All-Star Spotlight Challenges Arrive in MyTeam

NBA 2K21 continues to drop new content for MyTEAM, get in MyTEAM to compete in 100 All-Star Spotlight Sim Challenges against the best All-Star teams in NBA History, and brings a variety of rewards upon completion.

What are the NBA 2K21 All-Star Spotlight Sim Challenges?

There are now 100 different NBA 2K21 All-Star Spotlight Sim Challenges available in the MyTeam Single Player Challenges area. These focus on various decades of NBA All-Stars, going back as early as the 1965 through 1969 games all the way up until 2021. The sets are the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s.

Each All-Star set has five to eight different challenges with MT 2K21 and MyTeam Tokens available. Challenges typically involve using specific players in a MyTeam lineup and winning the game. Difficult levels range from Pro to Hall of Fame level.

Of course, along with the best All-Star teams is going to come to an All-Star level challenge for MyTEAM players.

Rewards

In total, there are 19 new Reward Cards up for grabs in these All-Star Spotlight Challenges. This includes the following cards players will look to the land for their MyTEAM squads:

    • Kawhi Leonard OVR 95 SF/SG, LA Clippers
    • Isiah Thomas OVR 95 PG/SG, Detroit Pistons
    • Julius Erving OVR 95 SF/SG, Philadelphia 76ers
    • John Wall OVR 98 PG/SG, Washington Wizards
    • Wes Unseld OVR 97 C/PF, Washington Bullets
    • Allen Iverson OVR 95 SG/PG, Philadelphia 76ers
    • Brandon Roy OVR 97 SG/SF, Portland Trail Blazers

Major Galaxy Opal rewards available

The top prizes for completion of NBA 2K21 All-Star Spotlight Sim Challenges are Galaxy Opal player items.

1). Gamers can earn a Galaxy Opal Wes Unseld by defeating all of the challenges from 1965 through 1996.

2). A Galaxy Opal Brandon Roy is available for completion of challenges from 1997 through 2020.

3). Gamers will use the Galaxy Opal Unseld and Roy in their lineups to take down the 2021 All-Stars and the all-time All-Stars. By doing so, a Galaxy Opal John Wall is the reward.
