Lastest season, he followed that up with 23.6ppg while with the Warriors and 21.7ppg with Minnesota.

For a guy who has improved greatly and made an All-Star team, he is grossly underrated. He may not be someone ready for the elite 90 overall groups but he belongs above the likes of Jordan Clarkson (84).

Devin Booker (88)

The Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker is easily one of the league's most talented scorers. Since arriving in the league, Booker has been a scoring machine. Though Suns fans already appreciated just how good he was, it took the shooting guard carrying the team to an unmatched 8-0 record in the bubble for the rest of the league to take notice. From game winners over Kawhi Leonard to hitting 3 pointers from the logo for fun, Devin Booker made the league sit up and take notice. His three-point shooting, passing, and finishing at the rim have elevated him to an elite talent in the NBA.

Booker is incredibly skilled and talented, yet is constantly undervalued and left off of lists regarding top players and All-Stars. It's laughable that he's rated below Zion Williamson (89) and Jaylen Brown (89), who are both very good but not quite on his level.

Victor Oladipo (81)

The talented guard Victor Oladipo performed well in Orlando and Oklahoma City before blossoming into a star with Indiana. The man spent a major chunk of the last two seasons injured, playing in a total of just 55 games. He never really got his footing in 2019-2020 but he was still a quality player in 2018-2019. Combine that with how well he played in 2017-2018 (23.1ppg, 2.4spg) and the fact that the stout defender is just 27-years-old and you've still got someone teams to want to build around.

This season, he is back to putting up over 20 points per game and is rebounding into the player he once was just as he's entering his prime. 81 is too low. While the injuries hold him back, he still deserves better than being rated the same as Jonathan Isaac and Brook Lopez, concerning those guys.

Tyler Herro (80)

Some may argue that the fact that Tyler Herro has a Billboard Hit rap song with his name as the title has earned him an 83 overall at the very least. As funny as that is, he still has plenty to prove in the regular season as a consistent scorer and contributor night after night. While he hasn't broken out so far in the current season, he's still putting up good numbers and deserves to rank higher. That's especially true when compared to similar players.

Lonzo Ball (80)

There was a lot of hate surrounding Lonzo Ball when he came into the league. His father put a giant target on his back. However, Lonzo is soft-spoken and, despite the hate he gets, a great point guard. He's a solid defender with dynamite court vision and is a good rebounder, yet his rating puts him behind guys who don't contribute nearly as much to their teams. He's still only 23 and has room to grow, so he should rank at least a little bit better.
